Welcome, I’m Kasia Johnson, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, holistic coach and accredited trainer. With a background in linguistics, education, and wellbeing that spans over two decades, I bring a compassionate and practical approach to helping people create lasting change.
I hold a Diploma in Professional Hypnotherapy (HypnoTC) and am a member of the CNHC, meaning I meet the highest professional standards and accept referrals through the NHS. My work is holistic and solution focused, drawing on a wide toolkit that includes hypnotherapy, NLP, mindfulness, and integrative coaching. This allows me to respond flexibly to each client, using evidence-based strategies that can ease stress, break negative habits, manage anxiety, and build confidence.
My work is grounded in extensive experience not only in hypnotherapy, but also in teaching, mentoring and personal development training. Over the years I have led wellbeing workshops, mindfulness groups, stress management courses, and yoga sessions in the UK, Middle East and Continental Europe. Whether working one-to-one or with groups, my focus has always been on helping people reconnect with their inner resources and develop tools they can carry into everyday life.
